We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date. To return or exchange an item, items must be unworn and in perfect condition with tags on. If the items are in perfect condition, we will refund your order in full. You will be charged a $10 shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. For exchanges, you will receive store credit for the equivalent amount of your order. This credit will expire after one year. We do not charge shipping fees for exchanges. Items marked FINAL SALE do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Other sale items qualify for exchanges/store credit but do not qualify for refunds.

Email returns@triple5soul.com. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will email you with a return label. As per our return policy, items must be unworn and in perfect condition with tags on.

We offer free shipping for orders over $250 to Canada or USA (mainland). Orders less than $250 will incur a $9.99 shipping fee.

Your order will leave our warehouse within 7 days of purchase. Holidays and weekends may alter this schedule. We will notify you when your order is processed and shipped. We will email your tracking information.
